We built a wedding canopy from bamboo and draped it in chiffon. A noreaster had hit the area but cleared up just in time for the ceremony. There was a lovely calm after the storm.
Black and white floral silhouette linens graced the guest tables and white paper lanterns hung overhead.
The food and band were awesome. Guests had a great time!
There was a chocolate fountain, candy buffet, espresso bar AND cake to eat -and cake to take!
She also wanted some color to pop off all the black and white. She loves peonies but they were out of season. We were able to find exquisite David Austin peony roses which mimic their namesake very closely! We added green cymbidium orchids and gloriosa lilies.
Leonie went through a lot - surgeries, being hit by a car, a major storm. It was so good to see her have the wedding she dreamed of and it was an honor to be a part of their day.
