Real Wedding: Autumn Tones and Fall Fruits

We were so excited when Andrea asked us to provide the floral for her wedding at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. She had chosen gray for her wedding party attire and wanted berry colored accents and the warmth of autumn - with fruit!

Done!


For the bride we created a hand-tied bouquet of Akito roses, white mini calla lily, and Snowberry. We wrapped the stems in white satin and added a pearl cuff.



Bridesmaids carried Hot Lady and Hot Princess roses, Pink Persuasion and Purple Heart mini calla lilies, Safari Sunset leucodendron, hypericum berries, and a collar of Ti leaves.

For the ceremony we dressed our iron arch in fresh curly willow and accented with a combination of lilies, roses, celosia, greens, and amaranthus. Hanging votives added the finishing touch. The arch was flanked by our urns which held the same flowers as the arch. The aisle was strewn with rose petals.

We used our copper sheer vine linen in the cocktail hour. A lantern, curly willow, hydrangea, grapes, and a Sumatra lily complete the setting.

Berry colored linens, Sumatra lilies, Cherry Brandy and Hot Lady roses, fresh apples, red and Concord grapes and Bombay celosia worked with the gray and added the warmth of Autumn.
